Repetition Practice PLUS with John Beschizza

This is a practice class for those experienced in repetition that will explore some opportunities to play with the technique in ways that are creative and surprising.

Repetition practice is a powerful tool that develops active listening, emotional responsiveness, spontaneity, heightened awareness and truthfulness. It enables actors to tap into their own empathetic humanity and connect with others on a profound level.

These classes are where you can practice and develop your repetition skills in a relaxed, playful focused and rigorous environment. Here we focus not only on developing the exhilarating spontaneity, responsiveness and free-flow of repetition but also on the mechanics of the practice, raising awareness of life-long habits that can stifle and inhibit the flow of impulses whilst allowing new, more creative habits to develop that will make you a more open, receptive and integrated actor.
