Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct applies to all participants, visitors, observers, teachers and staff.

1. At all times customers, participants, visitors, observers, teachers and staff are expected to observe and maintain a high standard of professionalism in their conduct and behaviour.  We must not allow ourselves to fall short of the expected standards of those who work within our profession.
2. As expected from all members of our profession, treat each other with dignity, courtesy respect and good will at all times. Rude, aggressive, Intimidating, bullying or sexually harassing behaviour has no place in a professional working environment.
3. Behaviour and actions that fall below these standards may unfortunately lead to you being prohibited or banned from attending or teaching any classes or courses. 

This Code of Conduct sets out our expectations for all who use our products and services as well as those who provide and deliver them and is  governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. 

If you do not accept the terms of this Code of Conduct then please do not inquire about or participate in any of our products or services.
