Respect Policy

We the Directors of JBAT Theatre Ltd believe that participants attending any of our classes or courses should be treated with dignity and respect. We believe that everyone has the right to participate in Acting Classes free from worry, concern or fear for their safety and well-being. Everyone has the right to learn in an environment that is fundamentally safe. 

We will not tolerate discrimination of any kind, bullying, verbal or physical abuse or sexual harassment by or against any participant in our classes or courses. This applies to all protected characteristics of, disability, age, race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, marital status or national origin. 

JBAT operates a zero tolerance policy for any breach of the above.
